Pros

I'm 70 and my optometrist said i have the beginning of cataracts. This product is relatively well priced, has a good combination of the supplement, and has no side effects. Very helpful after cataract surgery.

Cons

Lutein toxicity is real and 25 mg a day is way over the daily amount of 6-12 mg taken for no more than two years. Beware of lute in superfood claims.
