Pros

Trunature prostate plus health complex contains selenium, lycopene and cranberry. The capsules are on the big side. Wife's hormone doctor recommends them for her too for menopausal matters.

Great price. Arrives fast. Defiantly will order again. Usually buy at costco, but there are sometimes long periods when they don't stock it.

Cons

The zinc is the problem because it gave me early bph (under 40) after using 50mg supplements everyday for two years for erections. New formula cuts five ingredients in half for the same price. No improvement in night time urinating.
