Pros

They have high numbers of probiotic bacteria and also they include one element as a prebiotic which is also important. It works in combination with a low dose estradiol (yuvafem)& 100% diet cranberry juice to alleviate bladder infections.

I'm skeptically optimistic at this point because it seems to be helping like no other ever has. It is supported by contributors like you and me. Good bang for the buck.

It works well for me, despite not being considered one of the more healthier ones. The only issue i have is with the blister pack. Working as part of an overall system, it is a staple.
