Pros

These sights glow bright in the day and at night. They are superior both as daylight sights (light tubes) and night sights (tritium) fiber optics are great during the day. Easy to acquire targets in all light conditions.

Needed a set of tritium fiber optic sights for a new *. Did the install myself on my m&p 9mm 2. Amp. As many others have stated have them installed by a gunsmith even if your friends call you the hulk.

These are awesome and a must have for anyone wanting to upgrade their current sights. They are definitely noticeable and easy to find.

Cons

If you so much as touch the back of the sight with anything metal, the lens will disintegrate. It's especially bad in dim light or if you are standing in a shaded area and aiming into a sunlit area. It gathers no light additional light that i can disc... Read More

From a functionality perspective, these are only good if you're in bright sunshine or complete darkness. Pretty useless in most circumstances.
