I have been advised to wear compression stockings, 15-20 mmhg. I am very disappointed that they were not only way too long, about 3 inches as i'm only 5'3 but my calves tend to be heavier. The price is way too high.

They are more delicate than the heavier compression so you have to be a bit careful putting them on and taking them off

Dont put them in the regular wash the threads from the top band will pull and frey
