I have a canon powershot sx60 hs and it was easier to attach this strap than the one that came with the camera that i had to trim to get through the slots they give you a lot of strap at the ends im 54 and had to tighten out a lot of the extra slack and trim it off to have my camera hang at hip level so if you are tall it should work fine

If you are a lot shorter you will have to tighten it up all the way

I had hoped i could insert a polarized filter with case but its too small for that

It also gives your gear a hi tec appearance so even though the little pockets may not be as useful as i had hoped it does look good attached to the camera

The one fault is that they really need to use malefemale malefemale pairs so that you can make a loop with the strup and hang it over a part of the tripod when the camera is mounted

Otherwise you have to tie it in a knot

This strap was very comfortable for this the compartments worked for holding sd cards but not for the spare aa batteries my camera requires

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Most likely would work for the smaller batteries in most cameras
