Pros & Cons
Pros
The release is tricky if you crank it to tight. It beats the * out of a prybar and blocking. Would advise purchasing the metal bar that can be hit with a hammer for pulling ends tight.
Someone needs to do a better job of editing this review request. Vastly improved the quality of my installation, and reduced scrap. Built very well. Worth every penny.
Cons
This is one of those tools that makes you wonder if the person designing it actually ever used it. High hopes, low expectations. First thing i see on the instruction sheet is no replacement arts available.

Also wish the jack has holes to secure to the subfloor rather than having to use a 2x4 screwed down
