I think the company could have easily printed both on their bottle or at least put a conversion table on the inside instructions

I did call the company to ask but instead of providing an answer the lady just told me to google for a conversion tool

Part of the problem was that most converters came out with numbers that simply could not be forced to correspond with this color chart they were way too high

So these will tell you when you are in ketosis but for purposes of a ketogenic diet they are not sensitive enough to tell you where you are in nutritional ketosis because the very first color is already too high
