There’s also quite a bit of self-deprecation and fat shaming in one of the sisters. Dad is mean and dismissive. Winona is very much the “poor fat girl who can never love herself and is passed over by every man” trope.

The book is a mess of stereotypes–temper, drinking, drugs, riding *. I am disgusted by the author's obvious misogyny and disregard for women.
