Own is one of my go-to, trusted brands for supplements. Smell is amazing every time i open bottle. We check glucose and ketones several times a day.
True ceylon cinnamon is very good. Easy to *, easy to * & a serving size is just 1 cap 2 times daily. If the capsule doesn't dissolve and i sneeze, i exhale a cloud of cinnamon that really wakes me up.
Cons

I used to be able to get a bottle of 60 capsules for 6 to 8 9 when it was on sale
