Pros
Silicone is a great baking material. Due to gluten intolerance, all my baked goods are homemade. Metal in the upper lid keeps the form stable when your dough grows.
The jury is still out on the toxicity of silicon, but i'm willing to believe its okay. The material is a high-quality silicon, and doesn't turn white when stretching or pinching it.
Love the rigid rim for sturdiness. Plus, it’s both sturdy & flexible! It's sturdy and doesn't flop out of shape when filled.
Cons
Elle a très apprécié, car il est facile à nettoyer and rien ne colle au fond. Je n’ai pas essayé de le mettre dans un four à plus de 420 degrés alors je ne peux pas dire if il tient à beaucoup of chaleur.

Ill order more its a little pricy but its the best product

Then i just pushed the bottom no oil or greasing required and it popped right out
