While it says up to size 7 12 i am a 7 12 and the very last little plastic knob fits in a hole on the adjustment band and is just ok a tiny bit tight but ok

The only downside is the sizing of the hat as i do have a fairly big head i would have to wear it to the last button for it to not feel like my head is being squished
