Pros

Just keep it well oiled to repel water. Just as advertised.

Old handle was secured by rivet. New knob has screws that mount from the inside of the shell. New latch/lock was installed and functional in less than 30 minutes from delivery.

Cons

No installation screws. Can no longer insert key. Had to return these for a different set.
