I had been using a silva guide 426 for the past few years but it developed a bubble

The only thing that slightly worrys me is that in the bottom of the compass it looks like the dial isnt snugly fit and could possibly pop off of the base if the base was warped somehow

A slight liquid leak had developed at the hole where the compass was filled during manufacture

If your product breaks cracks dries out etc they will replace it
