It looks like drawer liner, but it’s much sturdier. Used this on our purple 4 split king mattresses on adjustable frame. My mattress no longer slips and my pillows no longer fall in the crack!
Product works as advertised. Works better in direct contact with the mattress. Not as sticky when it's warmer.

If you’re dealing with a sliding mattress i would highly recommend you pick up a grip pad and it will solve your problem

My bed frame has really thin slats which the pad sinks through unless you apply a lot of tape
