I love this neck pillow i was able to sleep many hours on a very long flight because my head didnt keep falling the way it does with traditional neck pillows

So comfortable easy to use and way better for your neck i wasnt sure about all the hype but i purchased this prior to taking a norwegian flight from oakland to london not the height of luxury or comfort
