Pros
This is the 2nd troxel liberty helmet in ruby i have punched. The helmet is a beautiful color blue with a matte finish.
Has a dial that hugs the base of your skull that you can dial left or right to loosen or tighten. Very comfortable and lightweight.
Bought for my 8 yr old grandson. It is very smart and shiny and he received compliments from his riding instructor.
Cons
The adjustable strap slides up my head, and the helmet will not stay in place. We tighten it using the wheel in the back, only to have it loosen again while she is riding.

I need to return it and when i tried to call customer service i was not able to speak to an actual person which has always been very good in the past
