Pros
Blue heeler dog loves this shampoo! I use it for my dog and also for my hair and showering. Never any skin issues like some of the other shampoo. I normally use and still do use the deodorizing coconut and aloe shampoo.
It helps keep his coat whiter between groomer appointments. Great for cleaning him up after he frolics in the mud/rain.
Cons
It seems the lid was not closed properly prior to delivery (as pictured). It's unfortunate that i cannot get a replacement. Luckily it was sealed in a plastic bag but still a waste.
The shampoo comes out in like a glob if slime. Very thick shampoo. Smells like a strong, fake, perfume smell. My pup comes out smelling like wet dog, no hint of coconut-y fragrance.
