Youre paying less than 100 dollars for a projector so yes its going to be low resolution and yes its quite dim

That being said i use this to watch movies in my room with the lights out at night is better but ambient light from windows isnt a big deal

With the builtin ones you need to crank it really loud in order to hear things clearly
