Pros

Purchased for multiple outdoor cats. Would definitely recommend despite the shipping damage. We are happy with our purchase and so is our dog.

The roof panel is pre-hinged to a wooden frame member that becomes the top of the side wall. All you need is a 10mm socket wrench and a phillips screwdriver. It helps to have 2 people for getting the nuts on some of the bolts.

Made of cedar (dove tailed together), easy assembly, shingled roof, covered porch. It has a nice front porch for additional weather protection.

Cons

Extremely flimsy build quality. This product is absolute garbage. Sad people charge so much for inferior * like this.

The packaging is awful, very thin box, thin styrofoam. Ups tracking only indicates one box was shipped. I expect mine to be in the trash heap by the end of the week.

Each slat of wood is (cheaply) stapled to a main header and footer board.

The inner top plate simply wasnt cut properly andor attached properly to come close to fitting the sides

For the price i think this is a very good deal

There is no way i could have designed or built this at the price point

A few days later it hadnt even close me in yet and i found it for 70 cheaper

Finally it showed up as having arrived in town again last night and was finally delivered today

They shipped together both of them were supposedly out for delivery by ups 4 days ago

This seller needs to understand the dangerous journey items make in shipping

I didnt have the shipping damage that most did

Packaging/appearance

To set the record straight the packaging is a joke the styrofoam isnt strong enough and the cardboard was paper thin

The ridiculously thin cardboard box arrived torn in several places with one corner completely exposed

However the packaging could have been a little better

The packaging is a bit marginal for such heavy items and the second box was a bit torn up
