Lucy loves this puzzle, and has figured out how to work it. Claire bullies her way in so she can eat the treats. No more daily hacking and spewing.
The toy has two removable balls and a lever. I only wish it had a timer for periodic dispensing.

Tried different treats and kibble, no joy. The tunnel is also a useless feature. When my cat tries to scoop out the treats with his paw, the treats slide directly into the grooves that are used for the square pegs to slide left and right.
