Pros

Black is a big accent in our home, but a plain black trivet is not an option. Washed wonderfully; no noticeable shrinkage. The cat also loves them, as they are slightly padded.

Used it for a work mat/mousepad. It is pretty and useful. It protects my table from heat.

The runner was bought as protection for the finish of my kitchen buffet to accommodate coffee & iced tea makers. The decorative finish compliments french country decor, is durable, waterproof and easy to keep clean.

Airbnb placemat for dining room table. Works with propane and infrared stoves. Looks great on marble countertop.

Cons

The trivet stains easily. The email address they tell you to contact on the product is info. Too porous. I am not very please this item it is waist of money.

I doubt it will last very long due to the edges already fraying. Returning for a refund. It's not long enough to be a table runner.
