Pros
Be sure to check your fuse and breaker boxes and know what appliances and electronic devices are being used for each fuse/breaker. This 14awg cord is just what i needed for my electric fireplace insert.
Cons
Product is defective and useless. The product packaging was completely torn off along the bottom. The receptacle is blocked.

They dont get warm even with the ac running for hours
With the outlets so far away the tiny cord that comes with the fryer obviously wouldnt cut it

Very similar to a computer cord and the plug stay in the outlet until you want it disconnected

Try getting a heavy duty chord with 20 amps or more depending on the amperage output that is needed
