The top threads onto the spike they can come loose after youve pounded on them a few times

The manufacturer does apply some sort of glue to the threads but it isnt a true thread locking adhesive

So i simply unscrewed them all and applied a couple of drops of loctite threadlocker red 271 to each set of threads and screwed them back together

Youd have to destroy them to get the tops off now
