You can't tighten the vertical tilt without a wrench. The alternative, which i have tried for a couple of days, is to not have them flush. Unfortunately, the one i received seems to not be made very well as a lot of the fittings do not line up.

I have three 27” monitors and while, as it claims, it can hold and present these, in order to see all screen and bezel they need to be facing the same direction with no tilt inwards.

Overall i’d say if you need a three arm mount it does a good job, and if they’re smaller than 27” then i bet it’s absolutely fine.

Although it’s strong and well built you can’t get three 27” monitors in a line the arms don’t stretch that far so you either lose 3” of both side monitors or 6” of your centre monitor so if you have 27” curved monitors like me this isn’t for you
