Pros & Cons
Pros
This review applies to both. My knees are very thankful. Overall, i'm really happy with these pads since they satisfied my needs really well.

These are not for * riding, but by looking at them you should know that. These are definitely nice to wear under your pants, true to size chart. I'm a cross country weekend warrior biker and these pads are great.

Highlights
Quality
Very well made sturdy and i still have full range of motion with my knees
Ive had these knee pads for over a year they are comfortable durable and low profile
If i were to be riding hard or expecting to fall hard i would absolutely opt for something with a solid plastic shell
5 hours then starts to irritate my skin
Price
I knocked off a star because i think they are a bit overpriced
