Pros

Each packet makes a bottle and if you arent feeling well it is so nice to not have to go to the store. They're way cheaper than pedialyte, too.

I have to leave a review because these are an absolute game-changer. I now use it sometimes during fasting to manage my electrolytes and it helps a great deal.

The slightly-salty taste isn't ideal, but it's not disgusting like other reviews suggest. On it's own right, not exactly tasty, but if you're drinking this you have some bigger things to worry about.

Pots (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) was diagnosed. Combined with compression garnets and midodrine, i usually drink 2 of these a day.

Cons

It's like drinking an intravenous drip, which as an army medic i have done. Absolutely a last resort" "i can't get more than 2 sips of it down.

Do not buy these. Go with something else other than this old junk. Wonder if these distributors even tests what is actually inside these packets. The pkg i received has 1 year left on it!
