Problems arise when sizing your mounting cutouts as the opening must be oversized to accommodate the thickness of the material

Inside corners end up curved which causes the opening to be too small so i ended up just butting straight strips along each inside edge

I say that because when you cut the end of a piece there is aluminum on both the front and back edges and sometimes those fingers can themselves create a snag point

If you use the single grippers you can place the aluminum side on the back edge and the front side is nothing but the plasticrubber material
