Great for peroneal tendinitis. I have pttd pretty bad and had a surgery date for a plate insert and tendon stretching.

Cons

It's very time consuming and confusing to put on. It is a pity that amazon did not have a 30-day return policy for that. This item is not returnable.

The brace is not comfortable. This recent one is less than 6 mos old and the velcro is pretty much worn out. It is so small at the arch that an 8 year old could not put their foot in it. Then another black strap and white strap.
