Great quality and very sturdy. A great investment. This roller was made perfectly. They work fantastic.
I like that there are colour options, and the thing has lasted me years. Definitely worth picking up one of these.

Cons
Big money down the drain. Otherwise, a big fat zero. And as you near the end the roller becomes unstable.

Though most people use it on their lower body its small enough to target the shoulders triceps hips glutes lower back and even the rhomboids
