I have a queen pillowtop with a 4 inch memory foam topper on it and until now nothing has ever fit it
No they are not very thick and yes they wrinkle like crazy

Including expensive egyptian cotton 600 and even 800 tc sheets

I have higher thread count sheets and find them too heavy 300 in a good quality percale is perfect for me
