Packaging/appearance
For a suggestion to improve the buying experience - put a notch in the packaging so i can easily tear it open.
Upon arrival and straight out of the package it seemed like a snug fit for my s20+.
Competitiveness
This case holds up just as well as the more expensive competitors.
I feel that trianium cases and their other products are on the rise to the top.
It is a well-made a basic transparent jelly cover.
You could buy a cheaper case, but at the price point of this case you won't get a case this good.

I will add a screen protector to the front so i feel fully protected from any minor accidents and i also like that it's clear so i can see my phone.

The material will keep your phone safe if it falls as it is made to absorb shocks in the corners.
