Pros

I'm a back sleeper, so it cradles my neck and head perfectly. This pillow takes a while to get use to as it is designed mostly for back sleepers.

This is the second time i have purchased this item for myself. Instructions point out that it takes time to get used to it. However, the customer service team for core products is phenomenal.

This pillow solves the problem. I am glad this pillow has found new life repurposed as a seat cushion.

Cons

They need to make this more clear when purchasing. Don’t waste your time or money ordering. The worst part is that it's not returnable.
