The back is nicely padded too. No complaint at the moment.
Cons
Fabric was torn and frayed at the top after a while. As a tall guy with broad shoulders, the straps are too short.
Cannot return for a refund, even telephoned one of the local stores to be told that it cannot be returned in store. Massive shame. Buy a different make.
Only 2 bottles of water and a towel goes in it and the stitching has completely give in and the bag is unusable. My bottle now has to go inside the bag instead of in the drinks holders. The zips go all the way to the base of the bag so if you have any... Read More

She loves the colour and is over the moon with the product
The rucksack was a very good purchase as the quality was excellent and really good value for money
It is fair to say though that you do get what you pay for and it does not match the quality of the north face one it replaced
On balance when i need to replace it i will go for a more expensive better quality one
