I couple this with the cantu shampoo which is the best

The picture is with the conditioner in my hair after about 15 minutes with a bit of jojoba as well

It’s not as thick as the non curly girl method conditioners with the “bad stuff” in them though

I have tried to switch it up but keep being disappointed

I do have to clarify about every 68 weeks but other than that there is no major build up and its great as a cowash between shampoos

This is a nice inexpensive way to try cowashing washing with conditioner instead of shampoo curly hair

I usually cowash scrub my scalp with it first then reapply a second time but as a regular conditioner
