The inner lining is a lovely soft material and there is an elasticated cuff which is slightly recessed so is not obvious at first sight. The wrist band closes tight to keep the heat in, and they are cosy enough once you’ve warmed up.

Im quite fussy when it comes to gloves as they have to fit snuggly without being too tight they need to be comfortable and warm have a good grip and provide good dexterity waterproof windproof and if possible also allow use of smartphones without removing them

Gloves need to be able to handle heavy rain on a motorcycle because were riding into the rain it hits us harder

At 5c more like 3c with windchill in the wet my hands were starting to feel the cold infiltrating a bit
