On one hand this really isnt an orthotic in the strictest of senses its more of a reinforced insole

On the other hand my wife was really wondering how a 34 insole would work figured it would slide forward or to the side

I have a pair of flats hard to wear with no support

The trek support 34 orthotic inserts are thinner than any other insert i’ve tried

They only come with two small glue dots to keep them attached to the shoe

These inserts are 34 so they do not cover the entire shoe

It was a loose insert in the package where you peel the plastic back and are supposed to remove the glue dot
