Pros
Need this for work to get into the attic. Reasonably light weight and manageable. Durable, compact and convenient.
Its much lighter than the rest telescopic ladder. Extends to 12. Easy to extend and retract. Easy for construction work when no access to a pickup truck.
Cons
Still waiting for it to be received and refunded as of today. Another return was sent the same day and processed 2 days ago. Hard to release and collapse, almost dangerous - watch your finger placement.
The ladder joints tend to bend forward with every step climbed. There is one section that sticks to the other one and is hard to separate. The ladder feels flimsy to stand on at anything about 12ft of extension.

At the top of the ladder has a cap that cant be removed well this one should stay on but too loose
