Pros & Cons
Pros
The broadfork does a great job. The customer service is wonderful. I remember borrowing this from someone i used to know, and it worked wonderful. However, this tool is excellent.
It has scythe shaped tines for greater strength, instead of what looks like rebar. Two handle makes it easy to gain leverage.
Cons
Most treadlite broadforks have a powder coating on the tines--i. E. The meadow creature broadfork is a lot prettier and a much more professional and reliable company.
Highlights
Quality
Im 250lbs and worked the fork in a fairly new plot with no issues with the tine or handles bending
I am so pleased with it that i am purchasing the 7 tined one now
I’m in gardening hell and now we’ve gone to heaven with the treadlite broadfork
And the steel handles came a day or two later
Shipping
I ordered on sunday and got it by tuesday for the extra 15 expedited shipping
The seller should really reconsider how the ship this tool in two separate packages
Competitiveness
It is more expensive than some of competition but its quality made and i think will last my lifetime
It was much cheaper than amazon prices
