They found the second item gave side support but no real assistance when it came to head droop

In order to effect this they would have to also tilt the seat back an uncomfortable position for the passenger who prefers to sit upright in the vehicle

However on the flight i was on the aisle seat on the left hand side of aircraft and my preference is to use it it the right side of my body
