Pros

With its four spinner wheels, it is easy to maneuver through busy airports and tight spaces. Maneuvers very easily and easy to load in and out og buses and taxis. The case is strong enough to hold the weight and it rolls like a dream.

The only thing my previous samsonite bags had that i wish this one did, is a leak preventor zip pocket. Great zippers, expandibility and straps to keep items put. The dusty rose color is very pretty.

Cons

Tried contacting travelpro customer service for repair information via email, but never got a response from an actual individual. Neither amazon nor travelpro are willing to assist me. I am now questioning the reliability of your products.

It says case is 21x 14 x 9 but it is only 21 x 13 x 8. The result is that it no longer rolls when i push it backwards. Technically they still get us from point a to point b, but we can no longer extend the handles which makes maneuvering a pain. Two w... Read More

The suitcase stinks like a moldy basement. It has a musty odor and smells like mushrooms. The smaller 21 has no smell at all.
