Pros

This suitcase is adorable and very lightweight. The spinner spins nicely. It is easy to access everything & easy to open andamp; close.

Cons

After one brief domestic trip with my brand new suitcase, it is covered in stains and scuffs. It's a great suitcase but the smell ruins the purchase if you don't use it.

It’s not repairable. I no longer have the box and original packaging, which is the only way i can return through amazon. All being returned. I would look at other companies; this is a total failure and not worth it.

Customer service at travel pro is apparently only for customers that buy at their store. What a disappointment. Extremely frustrated. Horrible customer service. But not me.

They say 14 but it is deceptive at only 12. The luggage looks nice, but is advertised as a 21 inch carry-on, because they measure the inside of the luggage. The actual dimensions are 21 x 13 x 8.

It is very sturdy and durable and you are able to fit so much in this large suitcase

Too heavy only 2 wheels that did not roll easily and did not have much room

The tag on it has a price tag from kohls at 499

I like this piece of luggage but i returned it for a better price at my local retail store

Arrived quickly in plenty of time for my trip

They moved easily in any direction and remained undamaged through our travels

Buy elsewhere if possible or leave a long time for delivery

Amazon fell short on delivery time and arrival date even after allowing delivery trouble

Packaging/appearance

Fits perfectly in the overhead bin and lots of room to pack everything needed for a multi day trip

Didnt even fill it after packing for a week

Yes the packing space is 9 inches deep but only in the areas that are not obsructed by the handle mechanism

I want to love this but i just dont know if it will meet my packing needs
