This is my second travelpro suitcase. I also have the travel pro max lite 5 soft side in the 22”, & 29” in this azure blue set. I take forever deciding on purchases and this was no exception.

The travelpro maxlite 5 softside spinner and backpack make the ultimate carry-on combo. The backpack has a strap that allows you to slide it over the handle of the spinner so it sits on top nicely.

I'm disappointed because it was a nice looking piece of luggage, very light weight, at an excellent price. Very disappointed in this brand. Not worth the hassle.

Travelpro says that because airline damaged it the entire warranty is voided (not just for the torn rubber piece) tried to register each piece for that life time warranty.

Tried to call customer service at the times stated on the website (m-f, 11:00 am - 4:00 pm est). No one answers. No one responds to email. Travelpro toll free customer service number is useless.

The telescoping handle is not tall enough to hang the travelpro 16” tote bag on it. The zipper is not aligned properly and “skips” teeth. It actually becomes easier to tilt and drag them, the worst way to manage spinners.
