Pros

This is the largest suitcase i have been able to find not to mention the lightest as well. The wheels really make the suitcase glide with 50 pounds loaded. Very lightweight and capable of handling lots of stuff.

I like that it is tapered so it doesn’t get so top heavy and fall over on her. Just practiced around the house including going over small throw rugs.

Cons

Maxlite 5 carryon is half a pound heavier and smaller capacity than my previous tp carryon. If this suitcase is a ‘full half-pound lighter than travelpro 4’, does the 4 weigh 9 lbs.

This just ticks me off. Not a satisfied customer. No note. Poorly constructed, terribly customer service.

Don't understand why this isn't prominently mentioned in product description. Add to this, horrendous customer service from travelpro. I plan to call the company directly and try to satisfy my curiosity about why they are now selling such junk.
