It's saved my neck on a few flights so far, and it's become an essential element of my carry-on retinue. Can take it with me too. She likes it quite a bit and finds it a very good replacement for her old one.

The packing is plush memory foam with an insert in the back. Pillow seems well made & durable.

The material is very thin, as is the elastic; and the seams are rather 'iffy' it seems too narrow behind my neck so feels uncomfortable when i iie back and front raises up around my face. It is bulky and uncomfortable.

Chemical odor has not dissipated at all over several days. Doesn't fit securely around the neck. Elastic loop is a strangulation hazard for children and pets.
