M moldable soft foam headrest fits perfectly under the lower edge of the car headrest to support my neck in exactly the right place. Works great whether your seat is fully upright, or reclined for a quick snooze. Really gives me support and relief.

Cons

This product was suppose to relieve pain from sitting in a car seat. It forces the neck to be in an awkward position. The elastic is too small, and is seen permanently. For my car it seemed to be about an inch or two too thick.

This is the third brand of a travel neck pillow i purchased and the first that worked for me

I replaced it with a 34dog bone34 shaped pillow thinking that might be even better but i find that i really prefer this one and miss it
