Pros

It comes with a somewhat awkwardly placed pen loop, but buying some clip on loops solved that problem. It's a great size, it's easy to add the notebooks, as well as a pocket to hold cards. There is plenty of room for a small notebook in the strap.

The quality is absolutely top notch! Compared to the higher priced midori and other brands the quality and workmanship os outstanding. You will not be disappointed with this purchase. The answer is a resounding yes!

It holds my moleskin 192 page soft cover journal and has room for additional a5 (5”x8”) notebooks. I have a ton of hardback journals that are about b6 size. It's like i found a soulmate wallet and journal lol.

The stitching is machine done, without being sunk into any kind of stitching groove. The leather and stitching are beautiful! It comes wrapped beautifully.

The band still holds it in nice and snug. Nice and sturdy, but with enough flex. It does also encompass one of my few *.

Cons

No one climbs a mountain in leaps. Replacement was sent quickly, but sadly has the same issue.

I purchased a few others to compare and they were flimsy smelly junk leather compared to this one

I ordered a similar product off etsy and it just did not fit the hobo correctly

I also like that there is no branding on it and it looks very minimal and simple
