This umbrella is very practical. I bought it last year and I could easily fit it in my bag whenever needed. It has a waterproof case, so I don't have to carry a wet umbrella around if I cannot leave it to dry immediately. Even though it is very small after packing, when it is open it is wide enough to cover me properly. Their umbrella comes with lifetime guarantee as well. I contacted them about an issue I had with mine after using it during a strong wind and they said they will send another umbrella in whatever design I want. I am usually not big on writing reviews but I think a great customer service should be appreciated. This was quite impressive especially because I bought it one year ago and not all products that claim they have warranty (even for a limited time) take it seriously and it would be a pain to contact them, where in this case they respond very quick and fixed my problem fast.   Read Less
