Once you have finished with it you press the same but and the main part of the umbrella folds down

It has two buttons one to pop it up and one that pops it close then you pull it down

You press the button to open it and then again to release it and then push it down to get it to lock shut

Not only does the button pop the umbrella open it also pops it closed

You still have to push the umbrella down but the button will self collapse the umbrella
