Pros
I have a diono radian carseat which is ridiculously heavy. Holds my (very full) laptop bag, purse and lunchbox.
The bottom part keeps the cart balanced when stationery sometimes scratches along the uneven surfaces. Much cheaper than a shopping trolley with better usage options.
I strap the bag to this and it feels like rolling air. The included bungee cord is the perfect accessory. It was easily re-attached, but a nuisance to have to do it.
Cons
The bungee cord hits in the middle of the backpack, so it can't possibly loop up and over the cargo. The cart is small and does not accommodate much more than a backpack or small bag. It falls over when trying to use it.

But now, i'm shopping for something sturdier yet still portable, not to replace these, but to use slightly differently, without attaching any supportive containers permanently.
